Cancellation Policy

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule a reservation, 48 hours notice is required. We need this time in order to fill the slot that was being reserved for you.

If not given enough notice your stylist will go un-paid for that time.

 

We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. 

Failure to give proper notice will result in a fee 50% of the price of the service scheduled. This will need to be payed before you can reschedule or before your next appointment.

(In the case of emergency, matters will be discussed on a personal basis.) 

Late policy

Depending on the length of service scheduled, we cannot guarantee you will receive the full services scheduled if you are more than 15 minutes late. In some circumstances your appointment may need to be rescheduled. 

Refund policy

We do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with the services received, please share your concerns within 7 days of your original service. Our greatest goal is for you to love your hair, if adjustments are necessary we will gladly make them! Redo services will not be possible if you or another stylist make adjustments.
